Defective equipment is replaced at no charge for the life of your service agreement. If a phone stops working, we ship you a replacement. You send back the broken unit. You're never stuck with a dead phone on your desk and you're never paying for a replacement out of pocket.
Replacement phones are pre-configured before shipping — plug it in and it works. No setup, no tech visit, no downtime beyond the shipping window.
The phones are provided at $0 monthly rental — they remain VoipPlus equipment for the duration of the agreement. If you cancel service, the phones are returned. While you're a customer, they're yours to use and we replace any that break.
Models are assigned based on what's currently in stock. We carry the SPA303 (3-line), SPA504G (4-line), SPA508G (8-line), and SPA525G (5-line with color display). All are proven business-grade Cisco phones. If you have a strong preference, let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate.
The free phone offer covers one phone per channel ordered. If you need additional phones beyond your channel count, they're available at the standard $5/month rental. You can also bring your own SIP-compatible devices at no charge.
The $20/channel rate you sign up at stays the same for the full 36 months. No annual increases. If we ever change our pricing for new customers, it won't affect you until your agreement term is up.
ACH bank draft keeps our processing costs low, which is part of how we're able to offer the phones at no charge. It also means you never have to remember to make a payment — it drafts automatically each month.
